PWGFS alumni: Help us trace our history

Calling all alumni!

This is the 35th year of Prince William Girls Fastpitch Softball. And to celebrate our history and anniversary, we're trying to locate anyone who played or coached in the league in the past. We're seeking history from each of the 35 seasons.

Whether you participated in the 1980s and 90s and have photo prints, paper programs or other mementos, or whether your team from the 2000s had a private Facebook group filled with pictures, we need your help.

We'd also like to build a grid of division champions from each year -- team name, coach and sponsor. Full rosters are probably too much to ask.

Any information you have, please email [email protected] so we can work out a way to make use of it. As you share, we'd love to hear about players who went on to have success in college, high school or travel softball, or achieve in a non-softball walk of life.

There's also a surprising amount of league history online, and we know where to look! We'll incorporate as much as we can to PWGFS.net over the course of the season. Stay tuned to our Instagram (@pwgfsoftball) and Facebook (facebook.com/pwgfs) pages during the season as we share the rare gems we find, and the things you share with us.
